This year I had to attend the French Club Show, as I would love to finish the French Championship of Phoebe but we will have to try next year. Of course as every year we met some friends and had nice moments during and after the show.

On the route

On Saturday, as always, it's time for the Nationale d'Élevage with 89 Ridgebacks under the judges Mr. Eddie Patterson, who judged the males and the babies, puppies and veterans and Mrs. Gail Patterson who judged the females. Both breeders of Rhodesian Ridgebacks for a long time under the Kennel name Rocksham in Ireland .

And on Sunday, at the Special with 59 Ridgebacks under the judge Mrs. Milada Krchnavá (Luanda kennel from Slovakia).

SATURDAY - NATIONALE D'ELEVAGE

We arrived early on Saturday morning to instal the camp under shadow as it was supposed to be a sunny day, which it didn't. The judgement started at 9:30 in two rings, which was really a mess as I love to watch all the dogs, males and females and this kind of judgement avoids any attempt to it as you need to be alert to know when is your turn to enter the ring.

SPÉCIALE DU RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK

On Sunday, there was the Rhodesian Ridgeback Special with the judge Mrs. Milada Krchnavá. We also arrived early as we had to park the car and as it was the National Dog Show with more than 1324 entries, there were a lot of people.

The judging started at 9:30.
